ABOUT US
A Few words about our Teacher
Andy began his musical journey at the age of 7 and achieved his Grade 8 at the age of 17.
He is a multi-instrumentalist and studied Music with Sound Recording at Kingston University.
Andy has been Teaching at Merthyr Music in Dowlais since 2011 and has previously taught for Forte School of Music, Dawsons Music, Tonypandy Community college and Mayzmusik in addition to a number of years as a Piano and Guitar demonstrator for Roland UK and Dawsons Music.
Andy has considerable experience in preparing students for both Rockschool and ABRSM examinations and can proudly say we have so far achieved a 100% Pass Rate for those that decide to learn towards Graded Examinations.
